- Salary : Basic Pay 11,100 plus allowances in Pay Matrix Level 6 in Special Time Scale of Pay
- Educational Qualifications : minimum 5th Std Pass ; There is no restriction for higher qualifications - Degree holders also eligible to apply.
- Riding Skill / Qualifications : able to ride bi-cycle / holding a valid driving license for 2 wheeler / 4 wheeler
